has anyone checked out blind mice .com? Its a site where you can download audio described films for free. Its not the most recent films but their is still a collection and they update the list.
Yeah, I use that site a lot. They do try to put some current movies up there, but remember that just because the latest movies aren't up there doesn't mean they're not trying. They just might not be described yet. Also, the movies are submitted by users, which is why the links are on sendspace. It kinda sucks because of the download limit, but it's better than nothing, and I'm glad an archive like that exists.
Has anyone heard of the movie Caseano? I love that movie. I would love to see it in audio description though. I look for a link to write them about it, because I know you can, but I don't see a link.
I've only seen 2 or 3 movies there so far, but I love the concept, and it's fun to brouse through the list!
same here. i've got about 12 movies so far... i just wish they'd put out the first 4 karate kid movies too.. they have starwars, but i want the karate kid... and i hope they put the new one out when it comes out.. saw it described in theater, and i want it!
I have about 1013 movies, just under half of which I got from that site. Just because they aren't recent, doesn't mean they aren't good movies. A lot of movies from a few years ago are great movies.
Simple solution, simply upgrade to sendspace max, and you get extremely fast download, and the limit is much much higher, eight gig a day.
They have a good selection. And since Sendspace is the only file server I can use besides mediafire.com it's awesome!
They do have a really good selection! however whenever I click on any of the links they all appear to be broken! disappointing after I'd browsed through the entire list!
Interesting archive. Personally I have always felt audio description ruined the movie. I guess I've just gotten used to just knowing what happens. It is interesting though.
